More interesting than it sounds, as the curry part is at least 3 and anything up to 8 dishes in a meal, along with condiments and makes full use of the island’s range of vegetables, herbs and spices. The class takes the form of a trip to the local market to walk through and buy the ingredients. Back to base to cook a meal (2-3 dishes) in pairs.
